The Practice

Vinyasa Organic Flow
“Vinyasa” means “at the right place with the breath”. It allows us to reconnect with the intrinsic pulsation of life that expands and contracts through everything that is alive, as a way to reach balance. I call it “organic” because I feel the practice as a living organism who will shift, transform and adapt spontaneously in the making, according to numberless factors during the session: being truly present to what I feel at the very moment, I aim to provide the most liberating and harmonizing option through every guidance.

Embodiment Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is the feminine, nurturing, subtle approach to the practice. Through a slow, present and introspective way of relating to the body, we shift from the “doing” to the “being” state of living, allowing long term space and suppleness to be reestablished into joints, ligaments, connective tissues and mind.

Myofascial Tension Release
This practice liberates and regulates the deep tissues through the connection between the body and breathing, using tools that give pressures and support to areas where tension is held.

Myofascia is a highly intelligent system made of collagen wrapping every part of the body and like everything else it needs prana to flow freely everywhere through it to be in balance.

This practice helps to unknot knots, detach fascias from tissues, release tension from certain areas to let energy move and reach where is meant to, rewire the entire system on all levels and planes.

To join this session you need 1 yoga block and 2 tennis balls!
