La perla è perla perché la conchiglia si difende…

I truly honour and treasure the pain and resistances I still carry that are shining a light onto what I need to see and realise about to be free.
To me pain makes pearls:
Since I’m better at not judging myself and feeling less shame about the pain I find through certain situation that challenge me, I suffer less. And on top of that i find the treasure of liberation just staying in the pain without moving or doing anything, simply observing and breathing through it.
It feels to me as a win win situation!
Not only I feel less and less pain just recognising and accepting my resistances, I also find the way to the pearl just staying with them!
Like the mechanism through which an oyster creates the pearl because it resists an external body into its system: the cells of its “nacre” (inner-shell) cover the foreign, unwanted substance with layers to “protect”, creating the precious gem.
An oyster that hasn’t being wounded or triggered, doesn’t produce treasures inside.
A pearl, in this sense, is a healed wound.
Beauty can come from deep suffering that becomes integrated in the system through a natural process of self-acceptance and auto-regulation, just like gems into shells.
